You can return the purchased goods no later than 14 days after the receipt of the parcel through the courier or from the transport company (TC).
Objective reasons for returning purchased products
Returned goods of inadequate quality, with damage detected upon receipt. To avoid misunderstandings, you should check the contents of the package in the presence of a courier or a representative of New Mail.
An act is drawn up on a revealed marriage or incomplete configuration in the Labor Code. Upon courier delivery, you can refuse to receive a substandard parcel. If there is a violation, immediately inform us of this by phone numbers indicated on the site.
To make a return, follow a few simple steps in sequence:
- notify us of your desire by using the callback button on the site or by dialing one of the phone numbers;
- make sure that the returned goods have not compromised the integrity of the packaging and the original appearance has been preserved;
- ship the product using one of the methods below.
As soon as the goods arrive at fitnutrition.ma warehouse, you will receive an SMS message about this.
You can return the goods:
- by forwarding through theAMANA branch at the expense of the sender (client) at the tariffs of the shopping mall;
- delivered to the pickup point located in Meknes at the address El Bassatine street, 171/18.
Money for the purchase is returned depending on the chosen method:
- at the pick-up point – in cash at 171/18 El bassatine Street in Meknes;
- by transfer to a customer’s bank card.
Please note that, depending on the bank, the operation can take from several minutes to 5 business days from the moment of receipt of the goods at fitnutrition.ma warehouse.
